Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 1 year of the date of delivery.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged and in their original condition.
- If the return is due to a quality issue or product defect, we will issue a full refund and cover all shipping costs, including both outbound and return shipping.
- If the return is due to personal preference (no quality issue), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and prior to shipment will receive a full refund, processed promptly.
Custom & Personalized Orders For custom or personalized items that have not yet been shipped, a refund of 60% of the order total will be issued. Please note that custom orders that have already shipped are not eligible for return or refund.
