Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
- Items must be undamaged and in original condition to qualify for a return.
- If the return is due to a defect or quality issue, we cover all shipping costs and issue a full refund.
- If the return is due to personal preference, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before shipment will receive a full refund, processed promptly.
Custom & Personalized Orders
- Not yet shipped: A refund of 60% of the order total will be issued.
- Already shipped: Custom orders are not eligible for return.
